Not as good as before

I had used this app oversea between Asia and North America two years ago mainly through Wi-Fi and the voice quality was good. Now, I am using it again in the same way; however, over the 3G service and the quality of calls are average to poor with a lot of data/digital stutter, black out and disconnection. I hope they will get it fixed or I will have to switch soon.
