OK, but?????????

I tried this app and made a 20 minute call to the UK from Canada, it worked fine.There is absolutely no where on this website that tells you how much your balance is( what you have left in credit), also all email addresses that this app publishes do not work,i asked the question about balance on all of their website addresses and not one of them worked, the emails just bounced back to me.There is not
"Contact Us" provision at all, the set up looks like they do not want to be contacted.Time will tell when I receive my next credit card billing.
