Doesnt work

I have a couple other phone apps that work but I saw the good reviews and tried it. I have set it up and when I place a call, nothing happens relating to making a call but it is using my credits up to use the app. Doesnt seem quite right to me. It says it is making the call but it will not place a call. The volume is up and it is not on mute.
