Ok but...

When I first got this app it was awesome because I only have an I pad mini and I pad minis cant make calls. This app allowed me to make calls with my I pad which was great! But one day I needed to call my mom from home my home phones didnt work. So I went straight to this app. When I went onto the app it said I was out of credits, and it wouldnt let me make the phone call
